Mook Williams – President

mook_headAs President of Symmetry, Michael “Mook” Williams works every day to ensure that Symmetry leads the industry in client service. Known as one of the hardest-working and most ethical agents in the industry, Mook has obtained countless opportunities for his clients across the football landscape. Placing responsiveness and honesty above all other professional values, Mook is passionate about achieving the best possible results for his clients. He will stop at nothing to help his clients attain their dreams and secure their future. Mook was one of the first NFLPA contract advisors to negotiate a draftee’s contract under the new 2011 NFL Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Mook is a certified NFLPA and CFLPA contract advisor, and is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, State of Rhode Island, U.S. District Courts of Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and the U.S. First Circuit Court of Appeals. A practitioner of commercial litigation and entertainment law for over a decade, Mook has immeasurable experience in helping clients successfully overcome challenges of all types. His past employers include IBM, Sony Electronics, the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, and a handful of successful New England law firms. Mook holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, With Honors, from Boston College, and a Juris Doctor degree from the Hofstra University School of Law.

Brian McLaughlin – Vice President

Brian_headBrian is the Vice President of Symmetry and a certified NFLPA contract advisor. As Vice President, Brian plays a significant role in promoting clients’ interests, both on and off the field. Brian’s strategy is simple: to be available to clients at all times, to work diligently for clients in a professional manner, and to keep clients informed about their careers. Over the course of his career, Brian has built an impressive network of professionals, both within the football community and in several other related fields. Brian has a reputation as being a relentless advocate for his clients and a skilled contract negotiator.

Brian is also an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of New York, and is a member of the New York State Bar Association. Brian holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from Iona College, and a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School. In both 2013 and 2014, Sports Launch magazine named Brian to their annual “Thirty under 30″ award list, which designates the top thirty sports executives under the age of 30. In addition, he is an Adjunct Professor teaching Sports Law at St. John’s University.
